Showroom Liaison
Megan joined the Bath and Kitchen Idea Center in 2021 and has been immersed in the decorative plumbing industry for over nine years. She has quickly become a go-to resource for builders, plumbers, and designers across Northern Colorado, known for her product expertise and ability to simplify even the most complex projects.
She is passionate about staying on top of industry trends and innovations, with a particular focus on products that blend design and functionality, such as Delta Touch20 kitchen faucets, steam shower systems, and TOTO washlets.
As Sales Manager, Megan leads the showroom team while continuing to grow the business and build strong relationships throughout the industry. She is known for going the extra mile, solving problems before they arise, and making the entire process feel seamless for her clients.
Outside of the showroom, Megan enjoys spending time with her family and staying actively involved in the Northern Colorado building community.

Katie started in the showroom in 2024 and brings over 10 years of interior design and showroom experience. With an eye for detail and a knack for harmonizing colors and textures, she helps guide our clients in finding the perfect fit for their dream kitchen and bathroom.
She has two teenage kids, Bella and Dean, and is a bonus mom to Zeke and Tanner. On the weekends, you can find her diving into another house project or in the garden. She loves taking spontaneous staycation trips with her husband David, and can’t wait to embark on more adventures together!

Patty was born and raised in Colorado. Her father and grandfather were both Master Plumbers so she grew up in the plumbing world. She worked at a showroom for 11 years before she began in the Windsor showroom in 2019. Patty is your go to gal to help with what ever is needed from purchasing to delivery!
Outside of work, she likes to hang out with her 2 grown kids. In her downtime she likes to ride my horses, read and sew.

Rhaya has been part of The Bath & Kitchen Idea Center team since 2024, working in inside sales and helping bring our customers’ projects to life.
She loves being involved in the details of placing orders, coordinating products, and making sure each customer has a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.
Outside of the showroom you can find her spending quality time with her family.
